Good location in city centre, few minutes to the main square. Overall the hotel looks better in the reality than on the photos. Self check in after working hours was not problem. Breakfast can be better, but there is barista which makes you coffee. In the room was not possible to heat, probably it was blocked centrally and nights was cold. Everything was heard. The rooftop was closed, not possible to sit there, maybe it can be written before, because on the photos you just see the the bar with beautiful sunset, howewer only in summer season…

Not very impressed by this hotel. The staff was very passive... not at all within Italian standards. Breakfast was not up to Italian standards; we had to go to a bar for a decent coffee... Spa services are NOT included in the price of the night, which makes this place a bit expensive for what it is compared with other accommodations in the same region. The city is relatively small and was not very animated when we travelled (this was the end of April). The only element we particularly enjoyed was the large and warm shower. The room, facilities and view were amazing! The long, narrow and uneven staircase to get to our room was a challenge.

Excellent stay, nice staff who were very helpful and in a good location, tasteful room. Good restaurant next door, recommend by Michelin guide was good. No water in the room, and breakfast was a little basic.

Gorgeous building with spacious, nicely decorated rooms. Lovely breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and salty food. Friendly welcome. We enjoyed our short stay in the suite and were sorry to leave! Nothing! Maybe a little bit pricey?
