The hotel & room were nicely appointed & clean. The shower was hot with plenty of pressure & the tub drained beautifully. Breakfast was good. Workout area & pool. The staff were helpful & friendly. Came away feeling like I got value.

We came to Galena for a family celebration. This hotel was easy to find and the best price for what we needed or wanted. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. I especially like the pool not located adjacent to the lobby entrance!

We had an absolute amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent location, great amenities, and a wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!!! BIG THANKS TO MJANE AT FRONT DESK!!!!!!!

Proximity to town, silence, and ample parking space I got a room with a jacuzzi (room 105) and was really happy about it, but upon arrival, I noticed that the carpeting on the floor was soaking wet in one place. I pointed it out but they couldn’t move me to a new room because they were fully booked. The next day, something started smelling so badly that I had to ask for an air freshener to be able to sleep for my second, and last night. I am not sure what this is that they had, probably some plumbing problems, but I would have liked some compensation for the troubles. (They promised, so we’ll see.) Also, I hope that room was shut down and the problem fixed because those odors were not sanitary. The staff was great, though, kind and understanding, but with the managers not being there, there is not much they could do, apparently.

The staff was amazing with us, and super helpful. The Arcade didn’t have tokens at the time but Charlie in the front desk was able to get some for the kids. The kids enjoy the pool and slide, the breakfast had decent options and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
