The room was spacious & comfortable & front desk staff pleasant. I was disappointed, I expected more from a facility that calls itself a day spa. I expected there would not be maintenance issues. Our bathroom needed a little aesthetics care. Breakfast was very disappointing, the eggs were cold and the whole meal very unappetizing. I chose this hotel because of the reviews but I was disappointed.

We called this our health weekend. We used the pool.and The hot tub. Great breakfast! Had fun with the slots. We also enjoyed the facial and body massage. Downtown Galena was great for shopping and lunch. My daughter and I shared great memories

Everything, we have stayed in 100's of hotel rooms across the country...this one is in the top 5 for sure. . Their pride in the property shines through.. Awesome stop and stay. Highly recommend. Not one thing.
