Service was rude, broken beer bottle near reception desk and no one was cleaning it. For the amount of money they charge they should provide free breakfast. The bathroom was dirty, shower wasn't working well, and cracks.

They have small snacks for purchase and the price for the snacks was insane. We spent 35$ on 2 microwave pizzas, an energy drink and m&ms. (Only to find the microwave didn't even work.

Hotel was nice and clean. Check in was not a pleasant experience at all. Jessy was just plain rude. I arrived at 2:50 and check in was at 3pm. She said Housekeeping wasn’t done and it would be at least another 30 minutes & then she reiterated that check in wasn’t until 3pm. I said well that’s in 10 minutes. So it’s still won’t be ready upon check in. We felt like she made an extra effort to make our check in just plain unpleasant and difficult. She was Not even helpful with directions to the elevator. I had to ask where they were located and she just pointed in the other direction. There are lots of other Hotels close. I would highly recommend going to them . Other Family members stayed at the Hampton next store , they had a wonderful experience with Staff and their stay .

This is the third time we’ve stayed here. The staff is so very, very friendly, and everything about the hotel is simply outstanding!

No breakfast included. Had a restaurant but would have been nice if it was included even basic meal. Very noisy in the halls can hear everything. The bathroom wasn't very clean.
