We got a room on the bottom floor. the guy upstairs was loud, when he walked around you could hear him thumping around, we could hear the people next door flushing their toilet. Walls must be thin. The room smelled of moist and bathroom floor was dirty. I was glad i had brought slippers to wear around in the room.

Found finger nails in the bed and the sheets were stained all in all would never stay there again

rooms are always clean and quiet always able to park close to my room, food ding options are within walking distance , early morning breakfast has a great selection

Quick and easy check in with helpful staff. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Seemed old and outdated rooms, had old smell. Breakfast was fairly decent. Staff nice.

Check in was great , very helpful staff. Unfortunately our A/C wasn’t working, so we had to have a technician come out to fix it. Finally had cold air.

Staff weren't very friendly and inpatient. Too much noise from rooms next door and traffic outside. Couldn't sleep well. Air conditioning was good. Parking was tight.

It was late and the only hotel with a king bed. It would have been okay if there wasn't a party going on in the room next to us , all night. We had connecting rooms and it felt like we were in the middle of it. The tub bottom felt like it was going to fall through. There was no weather stripping on the room door so you could see and feel the air coming through it. Some car alarm went off three different times. Not a good nights rest. Paid more for this then better places.

upon arrival, we walked into lobby only to have to wait for a period of time, one of the front desk check in monitors/computers was non functional at the time, additionally staff was training a new person, so it was rather slow, but this is life that happens in front of you in real time, so NO BIGGIE. Our room was upstairs above pool area, surprisingly quiet. Room was clean, well furnished, soft bed, good continental breakfast, check out easy. i/we would recommend this to all travelers who have a stop or stay in Gallup N.M.
