When I arrived there was no water to the bathroom. When water was fixed all water was brown no matter how long I ran the sink and shower. Beds are like bricks.

I've stayed here couple of times now and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Customer service is great compared to the Flagstaff az location. Also this property is in better condition than the Flagstaff az location.

S this was a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and smelled nice. There was a little wear and tear on the walls but nothing major. Beds were clean and comfortable. Everything about the stay was lovely. If I came through Gallup again I would definitely stay here.

Budget friendly. The Continental breakfast was full of empty carbs. Little protein for those of us who eats healthier. I recommend adding hard boiled eggs to the menu.

The check in person was really sweet After we checked in, turned ac on and went to town till 530. We noticed that ac was making loud racket, went to lobby to see if there was maintenance or if we could be moved or get money back. She said, no on getting money back because we have been checked in for awhile now, even though I told her we just checked in and went to town. No maintenance and regarding moving, only had room upstairs, because 6 or 7 rooms downstairs have no ac. I have a 89 year old mother, who is handicapped, which i am going to turn you into Ada, because of this issue. We travel quite a bit and stayed in rodeway in outside of tucumcari nm which was amazing.
