Friendly staff, incredibly clean, great location-would absolutely stay again if ever in Gallup! Our only complaint was the bed - the mattress definitely could use an upgrade.

Very accessible from I-40 and close to gas stations. Room size very adequate and roomy. Staff were friendly. Pillows in bed were too hard. Could have had at most a third pillow.

Comfy bed, hot shower, parking outside the room Difficult driveway entrance, tiny TV (cable went out) fan bolted to dresser, but had no cord. Bars on bathroom window didn't instill confidence. AC unit barely cooled off the room. Neighborhood isn't the best.

No hairdryer. No conditioner, the top throw was holey. Needs new comforter

The owners son greater us and give us a nice room on the first floor

I did not have breakfast. Left Very Early. It was a cold night, and it took quite a while for the wall Heater to Warm up the room. The staff was of the problem and to set the thermostat to a high degree so it would heat quicker.

This is a motel with apparently a manager who CARES!

The rooms were dirty and didn’t have towels in the bathroom. The bed smelt bad and was uncomfortable.

The shower head needed cleaning. Took a bath instead due to clogged shower head.

Staff was friendly and check-in was quick. Location was sorta strange- off Route 66, the area was run-down, and you could clearly see revitalization happening in other parts of the town/across the freeway, so if you wanted food or groceries, you had to drive around. Cute dog park nearby. Door didnt seem very sturdy- I kept my luggage propped up against it. Random and unknown spots of wet carpet near bathroom area.
