Comfort Suites Galveston Cruise Port Area – Beachside

The room was great and I really liked the balcony. The hotel had been freshly painted on the inside and looked very nice. The AC in our room pumped out really cold air and kept it very comfortable! Will book again!

Nothing, absolutely disgusting, our room was filthy and had stains everywhere, the ac vent was also filled with gunk Everything, very filthy

This property it's not worth the money they charge for it . The staff was really rude . And smell really bad the humidity smell was overpowering. The room was still dirty one of the beds was not even made . To expensive for the quality. It does says 2 min walk to the beach it don't say it's a hill . So if you have disable or elderly people it's really not an easy walk .

Our room as nicely sized. We had plenty room for 5. Lived pool and hot tub. Breakfast was not that good.

Front desk staff not very helpful. Room had a balcony that didnt lock and could not get a new room. Old hotel feel. Wont use this facility again.

Do no book this hotel. Pool and hot tub area doesn't match the picture. Breakfast area all the chairs are ripped the tables are not stable grass is not cut and the parking lot is covered with nails and screws this place is not well maintained at all

The staff were really nice and friendly. The guest dryer was broken so they would take our wet clothes and dry them for us. The breakfast was really good but it would have been nice if they would switch it up some instead of serving exact same thing every morning (we were there 3 mornings). We did kill a few roaches in the room! And the entire hallway smelled like weed because someone at the end of the hall was enjoying themselves. The lady working went and told the guest they had to leave but she was still in her room the next morning, smoking. As an adult I didnt really mind but my kids didnt like it and were getting headaches from how strong the smell was. Parking was easy, great location if you're there for the beach, property was really clean, pool was nice and clean also.

There is 1 elevator so that was kind of unfortunate, but we took the stairs most of the time being the building is only 3 floors. We were on the 3rd floor.

Had to change rooms due to my room not prepared or clean at check-in. Having to take our own linen or towels to desk just to retrieve fresh ones.having to go from 3rd floor to 1st floor for ice due to machine broke on 3rd floor.
