Nothing..i liked nothing about this hotel Very very patheic services and the rooms are very dirty and poor nothing is working in room neither tv nor flush.they even switch off the geizer…their taps are brokn almirah broken floors carpets are torn and everywhere is spiders web and spider…very awful stay

Very polite and helpful staff. deceptive photography. The place is older than it looks. It is under maintenance. We booked a room for 1700 but we paid 2200. The place gives shady feels but since we had to manage a night we did that. I would avoid this if I was alone for sure.

Nothing This hotel has the worst service and maintenance seen so far. Pictures on various sites are either fake or age old but do not show how dirty the washrooms are, even the so called "executive suite" have broken washrooms, dirty linen and cobwebs. The rooms on one side are highly dampened making it difficult to breath let alone to stay. The washrooms have small insects all over due to poor cleaning. The blankets are damp and covers are not changed after guests leave, until the new guests clearly ask for covers to be changed.

Just nearby to mg-marg. Toilet tap were not working properly, Bed was broken it was making sound. Lift was not working There was no space in bathroom

It was quite comfortable and worth for money. Only disadvantage is for the elderly people to climb the stairs from the Ground Floor to the First Floor to access the lift. My father aged 80 years travelled with us and found quire difficult to climb the stairs every time.. other than that, everything was fine.

1. Friendly staff. 2. Lighting in the room. 3. Spacious room. 4. Room had somewhat view of mountains. Not the best at least something. 5. Gayser works well. 1. Lift does not work. I had my parents with me who had to climb 3 floors on stairs every time we were in and out. 2. TV was not working in our room. 3. Intercom in the room does not work. 4. Washroom amenities were poor. Bathtub in our room was broken and had a very ugly look. 5. There were dust’s everywhere. On the stool, on the couch, there were a lot of stains in the walls. 6. The room is around 600 meter below the MG marg. To get to MG marg first you have to take a inclined walk for about 500 meter, then you will have to climb stairs about 5-7 floors. So think twice if you have older people with you or people who have knee pains. 7. The hotel is right beside the road but they do not have any parking. So you will have to get down from the vehicle on the Oposit of the road and then cross the road. Hotel will help you with porters but still every time you are in and out you will have to cross the road to get into the car. Again, a bit troublesome for older people.

The location of the hotel is good. Intercom was not worked, television's remote also not worked, bathroom's shower not worked properly, room number (201).
