A fantastic hotel with modern, clean rooms. Bed was very comfortable and great views from the balcony. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good.

The check in was very smooth and quick and on top of that we got a complimentary room upgrade . The rooms were beautiful and clean. The food was very tasty as well.

Considering Gangtok being a hills station,so a room heater should have been complementary considering its a basic needs in this extreme cold .

Just the location is nearby MG Road. Facilities and space in the rooms are not up to a basic standard......If we need heater in room, we have to pay on daily basis ( hire charged ) If they can fix this issues, than location will be a bonus for every tourist.

Got free upgrade to bigger room, which was spacious indeed, with balcony looking out on mountains and town. Lots of wood used in the interior, giving it a lot friendlier feel than most other properties. Big, clean bathroom with plenty of hot water. Good matrasses. Friendly and helpful staff at the breakfast buffet.

Nice big room, modern hotel, convenient location, nice staff Quite expensive. Hot water is boiling hot all the time with no cold water, so hard to wash (should have asked staff as they may have been able to fix this?). No fan in bathroom so black mould has already started to grow although hotel is new.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff and manger were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. We booked for two nights and stayed 7. The room as a decent size and comfortable. Abhi, Sunita, Sneha, and Tshesing in the restaurant always had a smile and were very accomodating. Central location was a bonus. Nothing to dislike

The hotel is beautiful with a lot of wood inside. Looks new and is very clean. It is very well centered near Gandhi Marg. Balconies on the south side are with nice view. Very impersonal, except for the security staff which is smiling and alert. No atmosphere, no welcoming feeling or attention, void. At restaurant, very impersonal and no beer available.
