The owner and staff were courteous and welcoming toward their guests. It's conveniently located just a 10-minute walk downhill from the newly inaugurated West Point Mall. The Hospitable approach and the room which was exceptionally clean. I was also provided with a locker

Excellent manager, who organised taxi and reasonably priced day trips with a helpful, friendly driver. Breakfast available No shower unit, only a bucket. Heating for extra 300 IR per day. Room needs redecorating

Loved the homely feeling at the place. Mr Sanjit is an amazing person and very helpful. Was provided with a hot water kettle when requested. Absolutely no complaints.

The caretaker Sanjit Sarkar was very helpful and friendly and honest.. He helped me get the best packages, and I found him very informative about local hotspots.
