Very clean, friendly staff except for the store Exchange near the arcade by the lobby, the cashiers were so unhelpful. Otherwise no complaints, loved the time we spent here with my twins girls for there birthday.

My family and I stayed at the resort for a surprise summer week vacation before my boys start baseball. Check in was good, staff had great customer service it’s just unfortunate that the amenities closed down early. It wasn’t fair that we had to get out of the outdoor pool an hour before the waterpark closed which was at 8. When we were trying to go outside for the amenities like golf, zipline, and the little outdoor slide/gym they said they were closed for maintenance. Mind you it wasn’t cheap staying here, my husband felt bad my kids didn’t get to fully experience everything that he decided to pay for one more night so we could at least experience the waterpark at its fullest. We bought the adventure pass for 3 days because that’s how long we stayed and only used it one whole day. We used the waterpark pass also one day and then paid for another night which came with one more chance to use the waterpark pass. Things would’ve been great if the resort allowed for us to use the money we spent fairly. Overall experience (which may be this only time given we’ve spent around $6000) it would be 7/10

Overall the place was great. Kids had an awesome time. So did I. Until next time. Thanks

We had a great day. We wish, though we were informed that they were doing renovation at the resort and we didn’t get our wolf ears until the very last night.

Bueno en todo los sentidos

This property does not have a bell service or a place to check bags early. The early check in fee is low. The Waterpark is a lot of fun and roes course is good but expensive and you can only go once. Food is pretty good and reasonable pricing. No microwave in the room but there is a fridge. Comfy beds, even the kids beds and pull outs are very comfortable. You can log into Netflix on the TV.

Room dirty especially in restrooms

Beds are very comfortable, extremely clean, both indoor and outdoor clean. Bathrooms and showers very well maintained. Parking is about $35 with in and out privileges. The only thing I would truly suggest is better food options but honestly very fun and clean for the kids. Awesome place. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

The housekeeping staff were more police than the regular staff. My room was dusty and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom had black mold around the tub edge and shower handle edge. Air conditioner did not cool down the room, water park area was really humid, we had a allergic reaction to the soap in the public restroom because they did not have hypoallergenic soap they used coconut based soap. Front desk was rude. Parking cost $35 a night additional, and not enough enter and exits so lines started to pile up because people didn't know how to us the Parking feature. Everything cost extra, It was terrible I'll never go there again.
