Everything about my stay here was a delight

Everything is amazing . Only one thing that we were disappointed . There is no chair in the room . We had to eat standing up .. the place is amazing but on our suits there is no chair

The place smelled like those older Vegas hotels. The water inside the park was visibly dirty with so many tiny particles in the water. Our stay was limited to 2 hours because of a dispute with another family that threatened my safety and the safety of my child. There’s a protective custody order in place and instead of kicking out the aggressive party, the manager kicked out both families even after we all stated to keep a safe distance as long as the children can enjoy.

Staff needs to be trained on autistic children & their possible family needs. The only positive point in the stay was the “Great Wolf Lodge Wolf” took the time to share a moment with my autistic daughter and that was nice.

They should have floors for adults only. Since this resort is kid friendly, I could never take one day to relax. The kids ran up and down the hallway every night! My television was broken for almost two days!!! Now I'm fighting for my incidental deposit to be returned to my account!!!!

Plus the no cash part was definitely not it.

One of the stuff was to pushy. Wanted me to pay a trip and sell me something I didn’t want. Got mad and didn’t even take the family pictures

Everything was good kids loved it just make sure the Hilton people trying to sell you package don’t waste your time they gave us the Wolf ears and promise a free picture but when we said not to buy whatever package they have she just walked away and got annoyed her name was patty by the way

It’s great for families get away. Very fun.

There are cockroaches in the swim area. It’s incredibly jampacked with people. There was throw up and poop in the pool. The staff was irritable and unhappy at the front desk. We had my daughter‘s clothes, stolen off the seat. This place has gone so downhill. Years ago it was a classy fun place to go. Sadly, it’s become an overpriced and over occupied mess.
