Need more maintenance

Very Quiet.Clean rooms ,friendly staff. Property was very Zen and relaxing . I would definitely lodge here again . Perfect for families . Pool was amazing . Many shopping centers near by . We visited the Shawarma house on 12531 Harbor Blvd. Very good food and nice portions feeds the whole family .

Close to Disneyland and free hotel parking. Floors were dirty are socks turned black within 5 minutes of just walking around in the room. Coffee maker was dirty couldn’t use it. Towels had yellow stains and the quality of towels felt over used and just simply old. Toilet in bathroom was unstable, it moved every time you got up or sat down. Sofa bed mattress was hard you can feel the springs it had no support.

This place is absolutely disgusting Dirty, smelly room, dirty sheets with hair, dirty floor, broken scraped down furniture

The room felt very old, and I did not feel safe during my stay. Around 2:45 a.m., I was suddenly awakened by a loud noise. Shortly afterward, someone repeatedly tried to open my room door. I was extremely frightened, and my heart was beating so fast. I have never experienced anything like this at a hotel before. I was unable to go back to sleep for the rest of the night. This experience made me feel very unsafe, and unfortunately, I will never book this hotel again. I strongly recommend that the hotel improve its security and take guest safety concerns seriously.

Also bending machine sounds so loud in the middle of the night and I thought someone is going to break in to the room. Please do not waste your precise time and money at this place

It was perfect the rooms were clean ! Everything was close by , the hotel was quiet it was actually really nice !

The room had a strong musty smell, the bedside lamp kept flickering, the bathroom outlet did not work properly, the microwave was broken, and the refrigerator was rusty. Throughout the night, I kept hearing noises that sounded like someone knocking, but no one was outside. I felt very uncomfortable and could barely sleep. I was also disappointed with the early check-in policy. The website said early check-in may be available, but the front desk wanted to charge an extra $80, while the room itself was only around $86.89per night. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and not recommended
