The rooms were excellent. The staff, not so much. Other than having to talk to you when you check in, there was no “good morning” or “have a nice day.”

This hotel was perfect for our travels to see an exhibit at USC. It was clean and accommodating.

The breakfast was surprisingly good with a nice variety. We didn’t struggle at all to find parking we found a good parking and were able to see our vehicle from our room window. Excellent service overall. I'd definitely stay here again!

House keeping personals were wonderful and pleasant! Front desk could be more helpful.

The manager doesn't understand emergencies people have with family members i had a booking for June 22nd to see my friend, & her mom was picked up by ambulance on June 21st evening, I wanted to change my reservations, because my friend wouldn't be able to see me, because her mom was in hospital, manager wouldn't give me refund, 3rd floor ice machine doesn't work

It was a relaxing and very clean stay. And it was conveniently located in such a great spot. Don't let the outside fool you. The inside and the rooms were very nice.

Horrible service my husband was disabled and the elevators were down so we had to use the stairs and carry mini suitcases and bags for our two day. Stay at your hotel.

The staff! Super nice and welcoming! I didn’t like how when a door outside the hallway is opened/closed it’s heard.

Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Unable to bring food to rooms, all food mush stay in breakfast area, additional charges apply if non-room service food is brought into rooms. This is not disclosed prior to booking. Overall a good stay.
