I love Patio Motel, its decent and comfortable. The front desk is very helpful and maid service is great. Clean of course , big TV with a million channels , and excellent lighting.

Next, it's a VERY unsecure location. EVERY side, rear or exit door is WIDE open 24/7. Anyone with any intention can walk in and through the halls and building. Once arriving to the room. Roaches where all over the floor crawling on the 1st floor. Absolutely filthy place. I then tried to do a room on the top floor. Then the bed bugs. This is possibly the worst and dirtiest Hotel/Motel I have ever seen or been in, In my life. DO NOT waste your time of money. This place shouldn't even be operational. In fact it's so bad a dumpster dive in a white outfit would be less traumatic. The halls have a stench order and Marijuana smell throughout, roach infestation, bed bugs... Just DON'T DO IT... Sleep in your vehicle if you have to.

Hello staff was not present during check out time. the problem was is that they took 25$ deposit and did not return the money.

The place is fine for a quick place to stay by the airport. The neighborhood felt a bit dodgy. I felt a bit unsure about security. There was no deadbolt on the door. There is no elevator.

The price is reasonable for what you are receiving, would not recommend staying more than one night.

Was not too happy with the room there was no shield for the AC those mold on the bottom of the bathroom door the shutter was missing off of the blind the shower head would not move so you had to stand in the corner of the shower was not even satisfying stick a shower

I like that it has a mini frig and microwave and the plus is that it has a nice lil bar attached on the outside for a night recap.
