Hollywood Inn Suites Hotel

The room was clean and perfect for a quick stay. The only issue/inconvenience was needing to wait 30 minutes upon arrival a little after 8 pm as the front desk simply had a sign up saying be back around 8:40. If you are looking for a no-frills stay at a great price, this place is perfect.

Overall property is really nice, daily parking is fairly inexpensive but the staff were not very friendly. When I arrived the girl behind the counter did not acknowledge me for a full 15 minutes. She then left the office and as she walked away said oh someone will help you. 10 more minutes later someone came to fill check me in. Room was clean except for the bathroom shower which was so dirty that I did not use it. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t worth it to report. Overall I would recommend for a short stays only.

Great place to stay if you in the area, whether for a vacation or visit a friend, professional staff and a well maintained environment. I strongly recommend and would definitely book again in the future.

I’ts my got to place to relax and unwind.

1) my flight landed early and when I came to check in they said they don’t hold bags - that’s fine. But then I overheard another team member tell someone else the storage area was full? So some transparency would be good. 2) after being out my second day I came back and opened my fridge where i found a cockroach in the crevice of the door. I told reception and the lady was nice and she got rid of it. I was offered a different room or to have pest control come in the next day Or a full refund if I checked out that evening. Pest control didn’t arrive the next day, so I moved rooms. Things were better but I was constantly on edge. I’d seen plenty other reviews during my time there complaining about cockroaches, as well as being offered an instant full refund and checking out ASAP, made me feel like this is just “the usual” for the hotel. Staff were hit and miss, some friendly some completely monotone and no energy. They were often just on their phones and every time you went to the desk to say something it felt like you were inconveniencing them. I was on the third floor for both my rooms, you could constantly hear the footsteps above us and people and voices outside. The water in the shower and the water machine downstairs had a weird smell to it, and the latter tasted weird for the last day or two, won't be back

Location was convenient for a one night stay. The room was spacious as well. The bathrooms were a bit dirty though.

The Bathroom looked new but felt like was built by a handyman. The bath tub faucet is crooked and more water flows through the faucet when you even try your best to ur the shower. The sink was other thing to be kept in museum. Looks like nobody cleaned the sink before putting a sealant (I don’t even know if sinks have to be sealed) , bunch of hairs and dirt in each corner of the sink(which are covered by sealant. Room window air conditioner was so loud that after midnight had to turn it off so could sleep. Soaps and body lotion are another commodities to be kept in museum. The guy on first day on June 16 2026, when I checked in was ready to fight with me and even printed amenities in the room and in the premises—Don’t know , where he printed from, website doesn’t distinguish those amenities -in room or on premises. The other 2 receptionists that I came across were amazingly polite and listened. I have all the pictures of bathroom etc Will never face even to that side, forget about staying. Plenty of parking-as no one goes there.

Bed was a good size. It was loud and the walls paper thin. People were coming and going. Staff weren't helpful and it felt a touch unclean.

It was a massive room for 4 of us. We all had our own space which was nice. Great value
