We loved Daniel at the pool and the staffs at the front desk reception. The restaurant management was very poor. We had to file a complaint, the food and service took too long resulting having the main course without any drink offers. Even water was not refilled. This was due to staff shortage that evening however they comp the dinner.

The property is very beautiful. And very well maintained. Nothing

We stayed for five days at this hotel, which is located in a very convenient central location, with short and comfortable driving distances to most of the villages, attractions, and the city of Aix-en-Provence. The hotel itself is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards and forests, creating a truly relaxing Provençal atmosphere. The staff was exceptional — highly professional, welcoming, patient, and always service-oriented with a genuine smile. The hotel facilities are maintained at a very high standard, with excellent cleanliness and overall quality throughout the property. Breakfast was very good and enjoyable, although not particularly extraordinary. Overall, this is definitely a place we would gladly return to on our next visit to Provence. During our stay, some of the hotel’s restaurants were closed, which limited the dining options. The dinner we had at the hotel was decent, but only average compared to the otherwise very high standard of the hotel experience.

A little overbuilt. More like a condo complex than a 5 star hotel Very disappointed with the food options. We came For a nice dinner only to be shoved into the bar for extremely bad food. It really ruined the experience for us.

Coquillade breakfast is simply amazing. Every time we go, it is one of the best moment of the day... Location wise for those who want to discover Provence, Coquillade is located a few strolls away from some of the most beautiful villages of Provence, France and of the world!

Have stayed several times before, stunning property in a beautiful location. Staff amazing, food, great value for the location. Our suite 104 was far too dark for me, needs more lighting as and when needed. Wc door hinges squeaked, disturbing partner during the night. Big problem with mosquitoes, expected with all the greenery but suggest a regular spray of 'product' outside could much reduce the problem. Food was excellent apart from the local lamb, it was ok in part but doubt it was a young lamb and mostly fat and gristle.

1. Breakfast is super. 2. Environment is excellent 3. Service is great 4. We will come back If there could be some talks about wine / wine making or life/wellbeing. This should be a better rewarding for the guests and win-win for the hotel. The jacuzzi seems consistence problem on the stopper (not tight) and initially there is no warm water (fixed afterwards). If there is golf course nearby and information could be available, it would be wonderful.

What a wonderful stay! Very comfortable rooms and beds, tasty food but the best of all is the staff - very attentive, totally genuine. Special thanks to an assistant at a bike rental! We highly recommend taking a bike and ride around all the beautiful locations around.
