Super 8 by Wyndham Garland/Rowlett/East Dallas Area

It met my basic needs. Complaints: A shower head that leaked all over; the desk chair is shot and unadjustable; my original room had no air conditioning for the Dallas heat and they knew it beforehand--the AC was broken and all of its knobs and buttons were missing. Having to beg a room at 10:30 pm after having booked it weeks earlier is bad form.

Although the hotel needs work. The staff is excellent and very kind. Customer service is 5 stars.

After checking front desk staff locked up and left for the night. Once we got to out room found multiple stains in carpet along with cigarette burns, and multiple roaches. The hallways had a strong spoiled moldy smell. Definitely will not stay her again.

Although the hotel needs work, the staff is very pleasant and a tentative to your needs. They accessed every situation and fixed it immediately. I would recommend that if you need long term stays, this is the place.

No issues, would stay there again

Easy parking. Building/rooms need repair and updating. Other than that the room was clean and I felt safe.

Carpet and pilows smell bad Blanket is very old and dirty.

There was a very strong smoke smell. breakfast are was creepy ugly i skip breakfast the refrigerator in my room was full of rust. the chair had stains

It was black mold it just wasn’t nice and my deposit still came to my car due to the wrong CVV number

Old beat up, it had a wasp in the bed! Problem with the A/C unit and the tv. Coffee machine leaked . Room smelt strange

Room neglected Breakfast was HORRIBLE Apple juice was hot like syrup Only had waffle mix an that was bad ..no fruit no other juice

The room was so outdated! The sink was leaning, refrigerator went out(he did replace it). Had to ask for towels! No room service until the the before check out, we had to take our trash out. They offer breakfast, but they don’t serve any type of meat with the breakfast! Something I think they should mention to guest before hand! Other than that, the 5 days was okay. We left the last night.

We requested a mobility accessible room, and when we arrived they had given us a room without the accommodations due to a slight issue with the heater, but was not notified prior or upon arrival. They did switch us back to the original room, but also the first room they gave us was very disgusting- Floors stained, finger stains/smudges on the sheets, appliances/furnishings falling off the wall, etc. And the bathroom had no inner door knob. I will say, when they gave us the correct room, there were no issues there (Other than the heater that they mentioned, but we did not need to use it during our stay). I just wish that they communicated the issue beforehand so we didn't waste an hour trying to figure everything out. But we would probably not have stayed if that first room was the room we were initially given, that was definitely not worth the price we paid.
