This hotel exceeded our expectations by 100% - a solid ten out of ten! The location is absolutely perfect: right in the center of Gaziantep, with everything within walking distance. All major attractions are in the historical district, and there’s a bus stop just a few steps away. The room was very clean, everything was new, cozy, and modern. The breakfast was simply amazing - incredibly diverse, everything was delicious, and the selection truly impressed us: so many different dishes and treats to choose from. A huge thank-you to the staff. Rabia at the reception was extremely friendly and welcoming. And we especially want to mention Yakup - he was incredibly helpful. We had a late departure and left our luggage at the reception, and when we came back for it, they even offered us a complimentary dinner, which pleasantly surprised us. An unforgettable experience! We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Well located. Decent breakfast. Attentive staff. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room had issues with the ventilation and cigarette smoke came inside the room thru. No soap in the shower, just shampoo and conditioner.

The staf don’t help with luggage Especially you have to go up and down stairs to get to the elevators. There is no good sound insulation for bedrooms.

Was in a great location once we found the entry to Reception, via the accommodation establishment next door. Staff were wonderfully helpful, assisting us with car parking and providing great customer service. English/Turkish language was a barrier but we were both prepared and patient to use Translate!! Room was comfortable and clean with ample hanging options for clothes and towels. It was a multi room facility for a good price and attracted diverse clientele and group bookings. Made it busy and at times, a bit noisy. Very close to a few night club venues that operated into the early morning.

Breakfast really good! It's worth for the low price if you just use the hotel to sleep. Good wifi. Location perfect in a central area. No cleaning of the room during the 10 nights we were there. Had to ask for toilet paper more than one time. The staff doesn't speak english and are neither very kind...

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The young guy who works there walked me all the way to a pharmacy to get medication. The breakfast, if you can call it breakfast! It was late every morning and it was not fresh. Very, very bad.

Location the rooms are not cleaned daily, for 10 days before that it was cleaned once no one from the hotel speaks english

Great localization. Good breakfast. Very hard to go there by car, because of plenty of oneway roads. Not the cleanest place in the World.
