I liked the location very much, near the city centre. It could be much better if they try to clean it and make some repairs while the rooms are not bad , and they can increase the isolation, put some well curtains, otherwise the price is affordable and the room is heated well.

The services are very bad in that you do not get drinking water and the floor of the hotel is very cold. Also, I did not take a shower for three days, as the gas pipes were cut due to the earthquake, and they have no alternative or other solution. I stayed three days without a shower. When you want to drink water, you have to pay the price, and this is strange I wish the policies would change. The price was high even for the city of Antalya where I live

Gazientep is full of good people who are always willing to help. I am humbled to experience such humanity amongst the turks. They put my British ego to a child like state. Muslims who are true to their faith in their hearts although they are a strong and tough people though you can see their softer side come out when you greet with sallam aleikum. Always reminded of Allah ta'ala wherever you go you will hear Allah razı Olsun or God bless you often. This does not happen in the UK where hostility has become the norm. The Muslims always display the pinnacle of human kindness. Even if you come with preconceptions and judgements about them, I guarantee you will change your mind after a few days and realise people are people wherever you go. GOD IS GREAT The area is reminiscent of cosmopolitan and the west. Too many shops and hotels to accommodate. It becomes tiresome if you are already used to the hustle and bustle and want to find a more laid back spot, then go to şanliurfa, it is more spacious and laid back . Otherwise its the best. Best baklava in ??

By far the least expensive hotel in Gaziantep! However, Booking.com reviews are not that great and I almost passed until reading reviews on other websites. Was it perfect? No, it's old and outdated but provides a safe, comfortable room to shower and sleep. I asked for a quiet room and was placed in #305 in back. The facility was mostly empty the first couple of days, and the silence was deafening, but filled up for New Year's Eve with noise from guests or celebrations beyond still not a problem. Staff is helpful, location is within easy walking distance of anything I cared to see in the city. It's also an easy walk from the airport shuttle stop when coming into town, and a 20-minute walk to the lot for when it's time to return to the airport. If paying with credit card, the limit is 600 Turkish Lira per transaction - which does not even cover cost for a night in the cheapeast room. My total was 1,965TL which I had to split into four payments. They agreed to let me pay over a two day period so the cc company would not shut-off my card from four back-to-back transactions. It took excessively long for water in the shower to heat up - which was wasteful, and the internet was very weak which might be a problem for guests who don't have a Turkish sim card with data.

The otopark The staff not inform us the opening time. So, we forced to delay to leave hotel around 3 hours. Also the otopark isn’t close to hotel you have to walk around 150 m to reach the hotel. I recommend if you have car the hotel not suitable to you.

Price. That’s about the only redeeming aspect to this property. The check-in was problematic. Despite the “24-hour check-in desk”…there was no one around when we arrived at 1am (even though we had mentioned we’d be arriving late). Then it took three people to find our reservation (that had been made hours before). The sofa bed that is included as a place to sleep was filthy. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned (urine stains on the toilet seat). Again, basics were just overlooked.

Location

Staff is helpful. Location is close to everything. Elevator availabe. Spares from hauling your stuff upstairs. Nice lobby available for relaxing and interacting. Free parking at nearby otopark. Rooms need serious update. Bathroom space tight and broken down. Hot/cold water flows whimsically, possibly due to simultaneous use by neighboring rooms.
