The room was lovely and the location excellent. It was disappointing that both soap dispensers (the hand soap & shower body soap) were both close to empty for teh entirity of my stay. The glasses in teh room were just rinsed each day and not washed - I would have liked fresh glasses knowing that they had been put through a dishwasher for hygeine reasons. I was also really disappointed that there was no complimentary water.

The rooms & location Lack of communication in regards to renovating & extraordinary charge for parking. Food at function average & room not made up. Will never choose to stay at a Novotel again.

Beds and pillows are super comfortable. We didnt want to leave. The kate check at 11am is also fantastic. Buffet breakfast was amazing.
