The bed has passed its "use by" date and was not very comfortable. Room could be cleaner - for example, when the curtains were opened to admire the amazing view, there was a lot of dust and hair along the window ledges.

The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Didn't like the fact that there wasn't enough cutlery especially teaspoons.The bed was very hard not very comfortable.Arriving and being sent to a car space that was already occupied,a trip to reception and then changing locations for the car not very good communication.

The room had huge ceilings and felt quite grand. Comfy bed, lovely view. Great comms from the admin team who let us know traffic was bad on the day we were checking in which was essential as we were headed to a wedding.

The location was superb. Able to walk everywhere. Parking on site. Great food and coffee at the cafe. Staff great. Although the view was not fantastic, the balcony was very large and enjoyable. Cleanliness. We found playdough and a toy under the couch. We were on the 4th floor and had booked an ocean view room. The view was of other buildings blocking the view and a tiny bit of ocean. Maybe the higher floors actually have a view.

The unit layout, view and the proximity to the water front and town centre was nice Staff very helpful Finding a bandaide wrapper and nuts sitting on the dining room chair when I pulled it out Balcony balustrade was not clean. The walls in the apartment need a good paint, very marked and dirty looking Water in bottom of the dishwasher which had not been flushed out The matrress was so soiled and marked that it made me feel sick to think that the establishment are letting people sleep on it like that and that I slept on such a soiled mattress. I only realized this on the morning I was leaving when I took the sheets off. The body wash in the shower was empty when I went to use it and only realized once undressed and under to water to shower. The fact that there was only one lift on the ground floor made a long wait time for the lift at times. The second lift is in the carpark which means taking your luggage down stairs to get to this lift. This is not ideal, especially for older people.

The room was spacious, modern and provided comfortable spaces. The view from the balcony was lovely at night and during the day. It was great being close to the foreshore. The bedroom didn't have air flow besides a small window; the air cooler was in the lounge room and cooled the apartment but not the bedroom very easily.

Loved the spacious apartment. Loved Loved loved the shower! The bed was a bit soft. I had a sore back from it.

Location and general layout of the apartment was great. The cleaners at the motel should be sacked the place did not appear to have been cleaned properly in a very long time , it would have had a excellent 5 star motel in the past but sadly that gone the staff don't seem to care and the motel shows it everywhere you look . Yet they still charge you top dollar . Will never go near there again ☹️

Good location walking distance to bay locations. Our room had a view of the bay. Liked the balcony, room size large. Modern and clean. Parking underneath a benefit though an extra charge. Room description on booking.com was deceptive, describing the room as an “apartment”, and showing photos of an apartment, but it was really a large hotel room with less amenities than a cheaper hotel room. Housekeeping staff use the regular elevator leading to long wait times. King bed super soft, collapsing on edges, refrigerator didn’t have a freezer section, needed for a freezer pack for our medications. We expected an apartment and being our anniversary we’re excited for that. Addressing this with the reception staff we were told “that’s booking.com’s problem not ours, you should have booked directly with us, but you’ll know for next time”. No worries there, based on that response, we won’t be back.

Just loved it all and would stay again. Great place and location. Clean and very comfy. Staff were fabulous! Next time i stay i will ask for a flatter pillow… this is the only thing i wasnt happy about. I know most people love big pillows but i dont.

It was central to everything. We were given a room view upgrade on arrival. Couldn't have asked for more.
