Great location with value for money Don't let the pics from 10years ago reel you in. Cleanliness could be of a bit higher standard, lack of a kitchen, with just a toaster from 1982 and a kettle was a bit too basic

Continental breakfast met our needs. The location was ok but fire station and ambulance was a bit noisy on the evening. Prefer ground floor as the steps were a bit worn.

The location Fresh towels Not clean. One tiny soap in bathroom and none in shower. Milk frozen and out of date. Blinds difficult to open and close. No bedside PowerPoints for sleep machines. Had to ask reception for extension lead and double adapter. This was almost too difficult for him to organise ( but he did manage eventually) m.

Hot shower with large shower head and comfy bed.

Didn't have breakfast It was close to cats football ground Heater was not working at all and a very small heater was left but it struggled to heat room and only 5 tea bags but plenty of coffee and no soap for shower for $220 a night I've stayed at a lot of motels that were cheaper and they were so much better we only stayed there as it was walking distance to football game and if you needed to ask for something it had to be before 6pm

I like the location and quietness of the place. The carpet under the bed was very dusty. Wifi was a bit slow and fluctuating on my first day. Soiled towels left on top of fresh towels.
