Beautiful, clean property with well appointed rooms. It was a joy discovering the grounds and vineyards! I have to give plenty of praise to the staff! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Even going as far as ensuring we had a balcony, then changing the room so I could have a different view from the balcony. Kevin was amazing! Also his colleague was very helpful and showed us the gym, even going through workouts for us (I didn’t catch his name). Overall, we will stay here again thanks to the amazing staff and beautiful property!

It was perfect. We had our dog with us. And he was treated like a VIP. The restaurant there is wonderful. Location perfect for visiting lots of places on both sides of the Rhine.

Our room was fantastic! The restaurants were enjoyable! The onion soup in the Brassiere was the BEST!! The breakfasts were delicious!! The vineyard views from all windows were outstanding! Highly recommend this hotel!! NA

Fryed eggs and omelette needs to be cooked nicer. I believe restaurant has a good chef to manage this. Except that, breakfast was super!

The location and the cleanliness of the rooms. The service was not what you would from a Relais Chateau hotel. Starting from the front desk on the evening of our arrival where we asked for help with our luggage but it didn’t seem like it was something they do. They have a nice terrace but the hotel clearly has a shortage of staff because we had to go back to our room to order from room service and then ask them to bring to the terrace as there were no waiters there to take the order! Breakfast in the Resturant was basic and the service was not great. We had dinner just once at Their Gourmet Resturant and honestly it was too expensive for what you got and the service which was not up to par.

Nice 5 star hotel. Not the best but very good. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast with magnificent view and menu choices. The Burg restaurant was very good but pricey compared to eg Michelin standard level. Would go again -

The scenery around the property like heaven, surrounded by the vineyard and mixture of historical building, we feel like we are the noble in the old days. It would be better if the room is more spacious
