The grounds were beautiful and location on the lake was amazing

Room was a bit small

Nothing could have been better other than the storm. Power was out due till 11:30 pm all round the area.

It was clean They punished me I feel for booking on booking.com I wasn’t able to do anything for my 2nd wedding anniversary my cottage was on the street not on the lake the packages they offered I wasn’t able to get any of them because I didn’t book threw there site is what I wasn’t able told

This hotel is a gem situated on Lake Erie. Although we didn’t have a lake view from our room the views from the common area, where we ate our wonderful complimentary breakfast, are wonderful! Our room was small but adequate for our one night stay. The cookies and local chocolates were a pleasant surprise. The fun and festivities of Geneva on the Lake are a short walk away.

The room had a few ants, so no leaving open drinks or food of any sort.

The room.wqa smaller than I expected...the small sink in the bathroom made it awkward to use but everything was very clean. I would stay there again in just a bigger room.

Easy remote check in/out. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had options for various dietary preferences. Great system to order in advance and brought to your room at the requested time. We stayed in the off season, and the restaurant and spa were closed during our stay.

Communication was easy, nice common area, great restaurant next door Mattress was so firm, we didn’t sleep well. Breakfast was ok, and the staff allowed us to order variations. We don’t realize it was a limited selection when booking, though. Noise from room above us was so loud one night, heard every footstep. It’s like staying at someone’s house with a few extras. The weekend price for what you get was too much.

The property was pretty. The bed and breakfast room was okay. The door to the room had a huge gap on the bottom and side of the door so there wasn’t any privacy. You could hear everything going on outside.

Very pretty and clean Loved this place

Location is excellent - right on the lake. The shower was clean. The internet and TV worked great. Linens were clean. Room was way too small. Sink in bathroom barely drained. Not enough desk space (small desk). We were put in a room facing the street - we were told there was only one other room rented - couldn't we have stayed in a room with a view of the lake? Pillows were stiff.

The breakfast selection was limited.

Having breakfast delivered right to our door was a special treat and it was delicious.

Great location for visiting wineries, covered bridges, and even visiting the casino in Erie, PA. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay, especially the innkeeper, who gave us insight into the past history of the property and plans for the future. A really nice breakfast is delivered to your room every morning -- not one of those "all you can eat" hotel chain breakfasts, but a nutritious breakfast to get your day started. Certainly not the fault of the inn, but we booked the last room available and it was small; on our next visit we will book something larger. Nonetheless, the room was clean & comfortable. Also, because I assume it was off-season, some of the wineries had reduced hours of operation, as did some restaurants.

Super instructions for entry for arriving after hours, the gate and door lock systems super secure and convenient. Nice breakfast delivered in picnic basket. Would recommend not having divisive news station on public room tv. (Just not a choice for everyone.)
