The Palms Motel is a nice quite place to stay close to the strip, you hear some from the bars but only if outside. The pool was clean and you have lots of chairs to sit. As far as the "STAFF" its really just Melanie, Yes, there are other girls but Melanie is who runs this Motel. I was so impressed with her during our trip. She helped us plan our day and offered suggestions. This girl needs a raise! I would stay again just knowing she is the manager,

Great location

Had a great stay even though it was only 1 night. Property is clean, pool was great. Checking in was amazing easy. Will be back. Want to stay for thunder on the strip!

The sheets and towels were clean, but the floors and walls were not. The rooms are pretty sparsely furnished-- Ex. More lamps and nightstands, a small breakfast table, or throw rugs would go a long way to making it more comfortable. We also would have loved a microwave, maybe if there was a small kitchenette in the office or something. And a hair dryer in the room would have been great. But the pool is very very nice (maybe add some lights around the pool deck so it's nicer to sit out there at night) and the community of people staying at the motel are very friendly and respectful. The cleaning staff is also very friendly and helpful, I assume they just need to be supported more by management to more thoroughly clean the rooms. Location is also perfect, walking distance to the strip and everything. We would stay again!

Well, the good things about the property was that the pool was nice and heated. Check in and parking were good. The location was good. The drawbacks were there were no towels for the pool use so we had to use the only two towels in the room. There was no one in the lobby to ask for any extra towels so we ended up having to use wet towels to dry off after our shower. The room itself was just a basic room and at first glance was ok, but the biggest drawback in our room, which was number 11, was that when you did take a shower it leaked all over the floor in the bedroom and closet area. It came out underneath the walls behind the shower. So we did use the already wet towels that we had to soak up all the water on the floor, which then got the towels all dirty which means the floors weren’t that clean to begin with. You could tell by the mold and the damage to the baseboard that it has been leaking for quite some time. I’m surprised it hasn’t been fixed before this. Friends of ours were in room number 4 and had no issues except for the lack of towels. They lucked out though, since they had brought a couple of beach towels and used them for the pool.

The heated outdoor pool was nice. Check-in was a little cumbersome due to the fact there is no one on the property. You have to call a number and you get a text with your room key code. There was no hair dryer in the room, so if you did not bring your own, you're out of luck. The shower floor was very slippery and would be unsafe for elderly people.

The staff was not on site. I needed a new coffee pot the one in the room wasn't working. I went across the street to petes and notified someone and they never came.

There were dead bugs all over the shower and live bugs everywhere else. We couldn’t even use the shower. No people are actually on site to assist with anything. So there was no point in calling the number on the door. Would not recommend.

The room was clean and pool was beautiful. Only complaint was no microwave but we dealt with it. It was a great stay at The Palms. We will be back.

There is staff there occasionally. The room was clean but the bath had water damage to some of the wood around door and shower. No exhaust fan in bath. The deadbolt on door did not work. It appears it's locked but it is not engaged. Didn't use pool but it looks nice. Some traffic noise. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful!! The room was very clean. We enjoyed the pool, but it could have been maintained a little better!

Staff was super helpful,manager who is there everyday 7days a week is the absolute best definitely can't find a manager that takes pride like she does in her work and employees I enjoyed the helpful/kind staff /employees there so much

The pool is nice, staff friendly. The room is top clean, needs a good deep clean.
