Absolutely nothing Rooms are dirty all the time. They seem to hire external house keeping staff who look dodgy and dont even have uniforms. House keeping is only provided if you ask for it before 10 am which is mental for a 4 star property. Even when house keeping supposedly clean the room, they only makeup the bed and leave everything else as is. No towels being changed, dirty floors and bathrooms. The bathtub stayed dirty for 3 days in a row. The breakfast is extremely poor. Probably you would have a better breakfast in a 2 star hotel.

What age of a hotel. Beautiful room and great location the city. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. The price of your side, but you definitely pay for a great room so it’s not really a true dislike.

Breakfast was very extensive in choice and very well managed. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean and had a nice interior.

Spacious, rather clean, quiet. Can't control heating, bedsheets were too short, pillows were old, way too big and full of big crumbly chunks of foam, tap was fidgetty, the floor was plastic and the corridor smelled a lot like plastic. A huge TV was plated in the floor right in front of the bed, felt a bit likebeing in a Black Mirror episode. Breakfast was decent but very little choice in charcuterie (only bacon), in eggs (only dry scrumbled eggs) and only croissants, no decent frsh bread or any other viennoiserie or cake. They put a lot of effort into seeming "different", but for the price (180 per night) it definetly didn't exceed bare minum and didn't cover sme basics.

The room was strange shape.. But nothing that matters.

Friendly receptionist on night shift. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Noisy kids running in the halls at night. No instructions on how to turn on the lights in the room (it was pitch black when the door opened and I had to use my phone torchlight). Showerhead did not work, could only route water to the hand held hose. Airco takes an hour to work (its very silent and hard to detect an effect, initially).

Location good. Food in breakfast bar food. Comfortable bed 1. Room soooo dark, even with all the lights on 2. Things a bit tired. Switch by the bed didn’t work. Drapery hanging off hooks. Stains on flooring. Appears generally clean however 3. Restaurant closed during our stay 4. Loud music during breakfast (food was very good ) was jarring 5. Very hot in bedroom even with turning down temp to lowest.
