Dirty, unkept, broken things, NO A/C

Nothing . Honestly almost the entire experience was bad . In heat wave like this , a hotel without air conditioning is a sauna .

The location, the lake and the shopping center next to the hotel. Property was very clean and well decorated Didn’t have a gym

A lot of noise. Told reception, but nothing changed. Didnt sleep any day from my stay

Although I contacted customer support by message, I did not receive a response for several days. After sending a follow-up message, the refund was eventually processed. However, there was no apology regarding the issue, and I also received a phone call late at night, which I found inconvenient. I hope the customer support process will be improved in the future.

Staff was very nice and professional / Rooms are very clean and spacey / Breakfast was just amazing!! / dinner was more then delicious. If we need to be near that hotel again we will definitely book again the hotel!

Location is nice, you can go to nice places in the neighborhood The parking at the hotel is not free of charge. The staff explained we can park 10 min from the hotel free of charge, which was very helpful from them. However for a late return the place was very dark for two lady’s.

The receptionist ( i never asked her name) was really helpfull and welcoming The ventilation wasnt cold enough and the shower drain clogs up and looks like theres alot of things in it

We have stayed at the M Hotel on many occasions and loved it! However, upon arriving at the hotel (admittedly it was late) but by husband and child got turned away saying that they couldn’t accommodate them?!! They had to find somewhere else (I think The Ecru put them up)? I’m still waiting for a refund! X

Friendly and Helpful Staff Lovely Room Needed a kettle in the room And as we were there for 3 days we had to let them know if we wanted the room to be cleaned with a clean me sign which was missing from the room and tea/coffee refills/toilet rolls that sort of thing which was a little inconvenient
