Our stay at Atlantica Dreams Resort was nothing short of incredible. This was our second visit, and once again, the resort exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every detail was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. We were welcomed with a personalized note, a sweet treat, and a bottle of sparkling wine, an immediate reminder that we were officially in vacation mode. While we didn’t catch everyone’s names, a few team members truly stood out. Alice, who led the archery activity, was knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly friendly. Ty and Levi were not only talented performers who helped make the evening entertainment unforgettable, but they were also genuinely kind and thoughtful. Katerina, one of the many outstanding waitresses, consistently provided exceptional service with warmth and professionalism. We enjoyed à la carte dining on two evenings, and both experiences were outstanding. The food was truly five-star, and the service was equally impressive. We were warmly greeted by the Guest Relations team and treated to a floating breakfast that far exceeded our expectations, followed by a beautiful fruit tray on the evening before our departure. The entertainment each night was exceptional. Even our teenage sons looked forward to the evening shows and activities, which says a lot! A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Atlantica Dreams Resort for making our stay feel like a dream vacation. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Leaving:-(

Amazing hotel. Great facilities for an all inclusive.

Amazing service and wonderful atmosphere! We stayed at the hotel at the end of the season, but the team was still incredibly caring and attentive. George from reception is a true talent — he made us feel genuinely cared for and special. We originally booked a regular room and were kindly upgraded to a beautiful sea-view suite with a huge bathroom. Everyone in the hotel staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. The food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of à la carte dining options, daytime snacks, and several bars around the property. The hotel grounds aren’t very large, but there’s a fascinating archaeological site right on the territory, which makes it unique. The entertainment program is rich and varied, offering activities for both adults and children. The layout of the resort is very well thought out, with separate zones for families and adults-only quiet areas. A special thanks to Nikos from the Citrus Bar — the cocktails were absolutely perfect, and the bar itself is a real gem: quiet, romantic, and relaxing. It’s not always easy to find a quiet spot, as music is played in most areas, especially after lunch. However, this didn’t really bother us — when we mentioned the loud music one afternoon, it was immediately turned down, and the next day the team even called to make sure we were comfortable. In the second half of October, the pools are quite cold and the sea is not very warm either. The beach is rather simple and not very well equipped, and I imagine that in summer it might get crowded with limited number of sunbeds available.

More than I could expect, The level of service and attention to details from hotel management is exceptional. The variety of food and drinks is great in restaurants and pool bars. They took care about our baby cots requests as expected. A bit distant from the airport but they can't do anything about it

Cleaning was top notch, lots of pools and amazing beach. you feel isolated in a good way. Great facilities for babies and kids breakfast is great i would like to mention George and Stelios from the hotel concierge, they helped as with everything, from local tips and every request that we had. Dinner can be improved- good but for 5 stars i expect more. needs more shade, walking can be in direct sun light

The experience was simply perfect in every way. The service was exceptional. George and Stelios, and the rest of the team were very kind and always willing to help. The food was delicious and varied, and the evening atmosphere with all the different music areas was wonderful. The water park was so much fun, and there are many pools (we also booked a room with a private pool). We played tennis, padel, and football, and the highlight was the breathtaking view of the stars from the bar at the end of the hotel. Truly an amazing experience — we enjoyed every second and I highly recommend it.

The staff are amazing, food is great and facilities location are very convenient Beach is not that nice to be in , location is relatively far if you want to go traveling or shopping. The hotel is not wheelchair friendly or handicap accessible.

WOOOOW! Amazing Resort that has everything you need and more. The staff is really caring especially George ( Customer Relations Manager ) who upgraded our room for no extra charge and was always checking up on us. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and time with our young son. This place has everything from daytime activities for adults and kids, a water park, gym, an outdoor and indoor pool and unbelievable food and drink options. Truly one of the best vacations we have had and the staff and venue was a big reason for that. Will definitely come again and this time bring more family and friends. That we couldn’t stay longer ? IT WAS PERFECT!

The hotel’s facilities are truly top-notch – everything you could possibly need is right there. Multiple bars, great restaurants, a relaxing spa, several beautiful pools, a sports bar – it’s all available within the resort, making it a perfect place to unwind without needing to leave the property. The food was absolutely fantastic. Each meal was rich in variety, fresh, and beautifully presented. From local Greek dishes to international cuisine, there was something for everyone. A special mention goes to George, the head of reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was incredibly generous, attentive, and truly made us feel like valued guests. He is one of a kind! We highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return. Nothing

The Tui entertaining group was amazing, we loved Don! Also, Michelle at the lobby desk was awesome! Lefteris in the main restaurant was always greeting us with a smile and taking care of us and other guests; he really took charge of his team. We plan on returning in the future.

Pros: the place looks amazing, the rooms are new and beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the entertainment team is one of the best I’ve seen (great singers!), there is a variety of food in the dining room, music all day in the lobby. In a warmer weather I believe we would have enjoyed the hotel more than we did. Cons: this place is not suitable for April and cold weather. They had multiple electricity issues: * One dinner we had multiple electricity shutdowns in the dining room and ate cold food. * The water in our bath was warm but not hot, even after I asked the staff in the lobby to fix it * The water in the “warmed” indoor pool was so cold that the lips of my daughter became blue. We asked the staff to increase the temperature and she said it was good enough. Everyone from our team who entered the indoor pool couldn’t stay in the water for more than several minutes and we tried a few days in a raw. In fact, the warmed indoor pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. * I took a massage, the room was cold, the bed was cold, the hands of the masseuse were cold. I asked to warm the room and she says it’s impossible. * The main night shows are outside. No matter what the weather is. While I admire the ability of the entertainment team to deliver on any weather, the audience had to sit and freeze outside in order to watch the show instead of the hotel to have the main shows inside. Or at minimum offer blankets. Cleanliness. While the rooms and facilities are clean, in every meal - 3 times a day, 4 days in a raw - we had to change 10 plates and 5 cups till we could find a clean cup and a clean plate- most of them were simply dirty. We were 5 adults and I’ve seen everyone else having to do the same. Haven’t seen such dirty dishes in a dining room 12 meals in a raw. I would expect them to improve but it seems like they have a problem with their cleaning machine as well. Activities: In theory the hotel offers activities like archery and tennis.
