Good location, close to Gennadi AND Kiotari. Very peaceful (apart from the cockerel next door!) Sunbeds are great, kitchen had everything (except scissors?), wifi good in the house but weak at the pool, lovely swimming pool, views of the sea from bottom of garden and balcony. Bed was really comfortable. Comms on how to find villa excellent. Shower downstairs floods the floor and takes a while to drain. Photos on website maybe need updated, the seats outside don’t have nice cushions just wood and a bit tired, seats on the balcony don’t exist. There is no welcome manual, how to work things (safe, washing machine) how often cleaners come, restaurant recommendations, buses/taxis etc etc. Pool is surrounded by trees so I was cleaning the pool 3/4 times a day. A full length mirror would be good. Email responses were a bit slow, couldn’t get safe to work so emailed Sunday, took until Wednesday for pool guy to find a fix (a welcome manual would have avoided this)

Very calming and unstressed. It was a small heaven. The trees, the pool, the gardens. I will definitely return back. The staff was very helpful and the villa very well maintained, clean and spotless Everything was perfect

Both the house and the pool and garden where very clean and well maintained. The villa is fully equipped. It is in a very quiet area and very close to the village with restaurants, cafe bars and supermarket. Everything was perfect

Very clean and fully equipped house. Beautiful garden. Morning swimming in the pool was very relaxing. Very close to the beach. Next to the small village where you can find supermarket, restaurants and cafes.

A very perfectly presented garden, with small paths, interesting plants and a totally clean swimming pool. Situated in a very quite area but very close to village, the house has everything a family needs. Fully equipped with kitchen appliances, large TV and clean linens. I certainly recommend will surely be back..
