parking was far, but ok. no lift. room was good. I like the idea of coupons for bfast. but we require atleast a place where we can get a simple continental or English breakfast forcing us to use one coupon per day for food. if not its burnt. to walk to the car with your bags is hard coz theres no way to walk to your car without climbing stairs.

Awana used to have spa facilities (jacuzzi & sauna) in the 90s but not available now.

The premise, location, staffs and food, besides many other things and services; are all in one word Good. Though there were none that I dislike; only one that was inevitable, was the construction works in the neighborhood. Well it's part and parcel of improvements. Nonetheless, we'll be back to stay at your Resorts World Awana during our next vacation.

The staff are deceptive, and the nightclub operates throughout the day, showing no consideration for families with children. العاملون هناك حرامية، ويعمل الملهى الليلي طوال اليوم دون أي مراعاة للعائلات التي لديها أطفال. Le personnel est trompeur, et la boîte de nuit fonctionne toute la journée sans tenir compte des familles avec enfants.

The hotel offers excellent value for money and is a great option for anyone visiting Genting Highlands. The complimentary shuttle bus service made it very convenient to travel to SkyAvenue, and the temperature-controlled swimming pool was enjoyable for both adults and children. Overall, the facilities were good, and we had a pleasant and comfortable 2-night stay. The room cleanliness could have been better, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling sufficiently, it felt more like a fan than an air conditioner. We also experienced some construction noise during our stay. The swimming pool was nice, but there were a few leaves and tiny floating debris in the water that could have been cleaned more regularly. These were only minor issues, and considering the price, we still felt the hotel was well worth it.

The location of the hotel is amazing. The smoke grill restaurant is perfect for dinners with wonderful food.

The 1 hr waiting for the complimentary shuttle. The premium outlets building is a bit of a hike, and there is no direct passage to it, so you’ll have to wait for the shuttle or book a taxi.

The room was great; the portion for breakfast was huge. However, the parking was a little distance from the main entrance of the hotel. Have to walk a bit there. The open car park was somehow reserved for those with luxury cars only. The lifts were super high speed. After their refurbishment, I am impressed with the new look. N/A

The size of the room was just right. Rm50/day for a closer parking space seems high. Breakfast was good. Closer space parking rate.
