the staff is v rude, and i get v bad impression about hotel, hotel is totally empty. they give us damaged refund note ! and now i dont know what to do with that i dont like anything about this hotel, staff is very rude .

Room was clean, comfortable. Had a balcony which was a delight Construction work opposite the property spoils the view and adds to noise. Location is 20 mins drive from Skyworld. Price dropped considerably within hours of booking.

Helpful staff, especially the bell boy, check in counter. Would like to come back for more longer stay. Credit to Wallace and team who assist us that day. Really appreciate their service. The iron should be stand iron more easier to used. TV should installed Smart TV. Overall all good

Location is good with respect to market around the quality of the hotel is equivalent to a 3 star, slightly shabby, and the staff was not very helpful specially had a bad experience at check in when they tried to cheat us in getting more money from us for an earlier check in. The food quality was also bad in our limited experience.

Disappointed with tv hope can upgrade more without our phone connection coz sometimes the line is poor .. htl quite expensive & hope the facilities shd b equal fr what we r paying .
