I thought this was a real hotel, but the staff's behavior was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. They required a 100 Malaysian Ringgit deposit per room, but when we checked out, they refused to return it. No matter how much we insisted, they denied ever taking the deposit. The service was terrible. The rooms were missing basic amenities such as soap and towels. We had to call the front desk multiple times, and even then, we had to wait a long time before anyone brought them. We accidentally broke a regular drinking glass in the room, and they charged us 50 Malaysian Ringgit for it. We even showed them that a similar glass costs no more than 3 Ringgit, but they refused to listen. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they spoke to us disrespectfully and were extremely rude

My family vacation was negatively impacted by a serious safety issue at the swimming pool. A broken tile with a sharp edge caused a painful injury, raising concerns about the hotel’s maintenance and guest safety standards.

Very disappointed with my hotel stay. The room aircond was not functioning properly and the room was extremely stuffy and hot. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of the uncomfortable condition. What surprised me even more was that no bottled water was provided in the room. Instead, guests were given a jar and expected to refill water from a dispenser outside the room. In case of emergency or late at night, how can guests be expected to walk out just to get drinking water? The breakfast was also below expectations — very limited food choices and the taste was not good. The TV channels were very basic, and if you wanted to connect to smart apps like YouTube, you had to call hotel staff just to connect to the network. Overall, the stay was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the experience. Very, very disappointed ☹️☹️

I had a bad day in this hotel. First of all, the staff are not friendly. Second, I booked my room with a buffet breakfast but upon check in they told me no buffet but it's al Carte only will be served. Third the room aircond not working and can't use the shower paip. Inform the manager and we check out immediately. I plan for my husband's birthday celebration but end of the day all messy ready.

1. Breakfast Arrangement & Menu Clarity As our stay fell on weekdays with lower occupancy, we understand that breakfast was served à la carte instead of buffet. However, the menu was slightly unclear. For example, selecting the Western breakfast option resulted in full set meals being served for each item. We ordered scrambled eggs, sunny side up, and half-boiled eggs, but received three complete sets (each with hash browns and bread), which was excessive for just two persons. We would like to suggest that the menu be improved by clearly distinguishing between set meals and add-on items. It would be helpful to include a true à la carte option for guests who only wish to order specific items or additional sides. 2. Noise Disturbance in the Morning At around 7:30 AM, there was significant noise from children in the rooms next to and opposite ours. They were playing, shouting, and running along the corridor, which caused considerable disturbance. As we required proper rest, especially in the early morning, the noise made it difficult for us to sleep and led to an earlier-than-planned wake-up. We hope the hotel can consider better noise control measures or remind guests to be mindful of noise levels in shared areas, particularly during early hours.

The sound insulation in the building is very poor. I can constantly hear the noise of chairs being dragged from the unit above, which is very disturbing. In addition, the sound of water running from the bathroom pipes can be clearly heard even from the corridor outside. I would also like to suggest adding more chairs around the swimming pool area, as the current number is insufficient. Furthermore, many parts of the swimming pool flooring are already worn out and nearly damaged. This poses a safety risk, and repairs should be carried out as soon as possible.
