The soundproof. It was awful. U can hear people going to the toilet like it was ur own room. Also, there is chinese temple nearby, so be ready to hear people singing in the early morning. Also lot of animals' noises, and no windows, ants in the shower, a lot.

Strategic location Too basic

I've been to Penang many times, so I want to stay somewhere that is not in the Georgetown. The location is great for me, a quiet place by the sea and accessible by bus. The room is spacious and clean. There are outlets and cabinets on both sides of the bed, which is convenient. The bathroom is also spacious and the water pressure is great. You could see the sea from the room, though the sea in Penang is not the beach with sunshine type. There are also restaurants and food courts nearby. Communication with the owner is kinda difficult. He seems kind, but doesn't quite understand my English. :-(

We would love if the hotel had a fan and a mini fridge. But overall, the facility and comfort are way too valuable for the price.

The location is just by the beach. Everything else was bad. Aircond is not cold, water flow is slow. The sheets weren't clean. Coffee was stale. TV doesn't work. The hotel is located beside a Chinese temple, so you can hear the bell every hour till 10pm. Then dogs barking. And there's a cemetery right beside the hotel. Not worth the price.

Small and quiet hotel close to the beach. The room was equipped with hair dryer and had a very nice, hot shower. Location wise - not much beach, but very close to the Queue straights promenade. Good value.

The overall is good. Good environment. Clean and hygienic room. Shower is perfect with good water pressure. The lock of the rooms could have changed. We had a difficulty opening the door from the inside.

Good location and view. The person who received me, the Chinese man, is extremely rude and when I paid online I had already paid 40 RM for my status as a foreigner and he charged me for that again.
