We were in tow separate room,the room size was small and there is no closest only hanger there is no side table or dinning table, breakfast served in the room, the breakfast option was below the expectation and not suitable for children

First of all, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. I like the mini kitchen in the room. This hotel opened last year in 2025. So, everything is new! Especially 15th floor infinity swimming pool with fabulous view is excellent! I enjoyed a lot. There is no restaurant in this hotel. I expected to have many kinds of local food buffet. But they prepared for me like box lunch style food including juice and sweet every morning.

Location is good, walking distance to malls and also to seaside restaurants. No buffet breakfast and the set breakfast is mainly unhealthy food, need to offer choices to guests even though its not buffet.

Everything. Tanjung Tokong location is where it's at if you want convenience to GREAT restaurants and nearby water views (10-minute walk). Hospitals abound in this area if that is why you're here. Georgetown is nice for a night or two, but Tanjung Tokong is best for longer stays. The views out of the windows were glorious. The place was spotlessly clean and ALL the staff members were considerate, smiling and professional. Room was impeccably maintained and everything worked well--e.g. hot water, water pressure, cooking stove top, exhaust fan, microwave, fridge, freezer, sink, both tv's, wifi and air-conditioning. It would have been nice if the kitchen sink had hot water.
