1. I didn’t like that my room was right next to the staff room. It was very noisy, and on the second day they kept talking from around 6 AM, which woke me up. 2. The bathroom has no separation between the wet and dry area. When taking a shower, the water splashes all over the bathroom floor. 3. The sink looks quite old and has rust stains on it. 4. I found a cockroach in the room on the second day of my stay. 5. The air conditioner seems to switch into some kind of energy saving mode after running for a while. The temperature drops and becomes less cold, then later goes back to normal. This happens repeatedly. 6. The toilet bowl makes a very loud noise when flushing! loud enough to be shocking.

The host was very friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth as well, with the provision of lockers with passwords for key card access

building is beside the main road, nightime the noise of motorbike is very obvious, upstairs floor is wood floor, if have children staying, the noisy is very obvious as well.

Very easy check-in, check-out process! Clean and comfy rooms! Vending machines are a great addition! Free drinking water (cold and hot) all day and a shared fridge to store whatever you need. Great food court 2 mins walk away with 33 local, food options! While it is not in Georgetown, it is conveniently located to move around the island and there is a bus stop 2 mins away.

Only soundproof no good,can hear outside ppl talking and walking while sleep,,and living looks a bit dirty

Clean but so far from the bus station and airport If you have any maintenance you have to put this comment in front of the customer before he arrive

Water dispenser no reception.. no security at all and there is absolutely no housekeeping service unless you pay on a per day basis. Extremely disappointing.

Big n spacious room No hot water... Had so much difficulties to mix milk for my baby

It was loud. If you were on the first floor, you could hear everyone walking upstairs. People talking loud all hours of the night.

The room was very clean , spacious , cozy Loved the idea of not having to deal with reception or staff , contactless payment and check in - There wasn't a kettle in my room but there a hot water machine in the lobby but didn't have tea or sugar besides it . You'd have to bring your own .. - non smoking policy and i respect it but at least should have a smoking area outside the villa with chairs or a seating bench - I could hear other people in other rooms as if the walls aren't soundproof

Free parking, can fetch drinking water just bring own water bottle. Got the snacks vending machine. This was my second time staying at the hotel. My first experience was positive, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, the second stay did not meet the same standard. The check-in process was not smooth. Although it was self check-in, the key was not even ready for collection at the stated time. It seemed that the staff only began placing keys in the lockers after 3 PM, which caused delays and inconvenience. On top of that, the TV in the room was not working, which was disappointing. I hope these issues can be looked into and improved, as I had expected a more consistent experience based on my initial visit.

Will try to stay here again when come to Penang. There is only one channel television available. Its a bit sad because not enjoyable to watch another channel or more channel. Have to improvement this.

It's easier self check in .The location is good! Near town .I will definitely come again! Recommend ?
