Location is perfect, right in the middle of town close to restaurants and pubs. The room size was excellent. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection. The staff is lovely. The pool is wonderful for kids. There are also lots of places for kids. Very cool property. Nothing

The views were great. Room size was pretty decent. The pool was amazing and the place was clean overall. The breakfast had very limited options. One day it was also very understaffed. I feel like the overall staff was a bit less experienced than what I had expected.

Im happy with birthday cake and decorations even though its simple but really make my day and my stay Tv channel should have more variants like cartoon for kids and please add more variety of food selection for buffet breakfast.

In the room we stayed, there was a washer/dryer machine. Cooking utensils were provided conveniently, cooking appliances are in good working condition. Loved the modern n simple design of the rooms. I found the bed too hard and the pillows were too soft. I didn't realise we can actually order pillows, I only realised this on the last day.

Generally clean Half the hotel had no electricity on my first day, washing machine destroyed the room on my 2nd, broken door on my 3rd… was given a room different from what I booked and told that I can change the next day. Approached them on the next day, they told me can only change back on another day!

Very disappointing experience. On the day of check-in, the hotel experienced a power outage. Unfortunately, the front desk's response was simply to ask guests to find alternative accommodation on their own or wait indefinitely until the issue was resolved. No proper assistance, contingency plan, or reasonable solution was offered. What made the situation even worse was the lack of follow-up afterward. Several days have passed, and I have not received any refund confirmation email, update, or communication regarding the matter. As a guest, I expected the hotel to handle the situation more professionally and proactively. The poor crisis management and lack of customer service have left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Gym Swimming pool While I fully support environmentally friendly initiatives and reducing plastic waste, I believe there is a line that should not be crossed in a 5-star hotel experience. Providing only filtered tap water in the room instead of mineral water was extremely disappointing. There are environmentally responsible alternatives, such as reusable glass bottles filled with mineral water, so this does not need to involve single-use plastic bottles. Some guests, including myself, do not feel comfortable drinking filtered tap water, as there is no way to verify whether the filter is functioning properly or whether it has been replaced regularly. Because of this, I had to buy mineral water from the supermarket every day during my stay, which is not something I would expect after paying for a 5-star hotel. Overall, this significantly affected my experience and was very disappointing.

Beautiful pool and views. Lovely lobby. Nice touch to have fresh fruit and butterfly pea infused water in the afternoon and snacks - some days. Rooms are spacious and shower nice and hot with great water pressure. Reasonable prices for food and wine at the pool bar and good options. Cocktail of the month with buy one get one offer was nice for a refreshing poolside drink. There is a mall connected with cafes and shops so good for grabbing a quick bite or picking something up on the way out for the day. Used the shuttle service too which was a nice perk and saved on a couple of Grab rides. No complaints!

Location was ideal. Clean environment, good view, access to a grocery, other eating places. Nothing to comment on this.

Large room and housekeeping service and bellmen service were literally the only two approachable people. The staff were unfriendly or just unapproachable. No one expects you to fake your smile or anything for too long but from the moment I checked in, the staff looked upset. I was apologising more for coming early because they looked so upset or like I was the inconvenience Breakfast was actually quite bland. Can only take one bite of stuff at most...
