Only negative thing was the sauna - the buttons didn’t seem to work so I couldn’t use them or understand how to switch them on.

Although it is quite dated, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is also very spacious. Great breakfast with a wide variety of food choices It is very dated and it is not like in the pictures. The pool area is fair but it is not cozy at all

Location was good and easy for food and shopping. relaxing. Good view and park to walk morning/evening. Breakfast variety. Good place to stay Separate Bidet would have been more comfortable

The location of the property was great. It’s located closer to the opposite end of Gurney Drive from the Gurney Plaza Mall. However, it’s only 1.5 KM to the mall by foot. The walk is pleasant with hawker centers along the way. And the hotel is only a 7-minute Grab ride to Georgetown. The hotel amenities include a restaurant (serving breakfast, lunch and dinner), a lounge, meeting rooms, a pool, a gym, men’s & women’s jacuzzis, saunas, two tennis courts and a kids club. My daughter and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. The rooms are large and comfortable. They are equipped with a refrigerator, an in-room safe. Housekeeping provides various toiletries and fresh towels daily. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub / shower. Nothing in particular. However, some small suggestions: The lobby could do with additional lounge chairs, as it sometimes does get crowded and seating is currently limited. With pickleball gaining popularity elsewhere, adding pickleball courts within the tennis courts could be welcomed by many other Guests.

The Jacuzzi didn’t have any water pressure.

The only thing to be improved is the wifi connection as it very slow and keeps disconnecting most of the time. Other than this, the hotel is amazing and truelly recommended.

took 10 mins to queue for check in. took 45 mins to queue to take breakfast. The bathtub surface is peeloff.

I love the bed and comforter. I love the breakfast buffet. I love how fast room service are. I love the amenities I love everything except shower gel and tv. I would love to come back in the future. Soon.. maybe Shower gel doesn't clean enough, had to buy outside shower gel. The tv are big but not functional.

The rooms are nice and big, facilities around the pool are elegant and well kept. The breakfast was excellent with an abundance of choices of Western, Chinese, Indian, Malay food. The rooms need some updates.
