The cabine room are comfortable, possibility to control the A/C. You can’t have your stuff with you, the lockers are in the ground floor and the room upstairs so really not useful. The A/C in the hostel is too heavy so it’s really cold inside, but you can control it inside the cabine. The location is not really good.

Location is great, I love the little sleep cubbies It was uncomfortable being a single woman with a man in the bed above me, alone in a room. Smell of cigarette smoke from the people who live below is overwhelming

It’s easy to check in and you got your private bed to stay The bed feels not comfortable, the toilet not good and doesn’t have any toilet paper and lastly the shower is so small inside the toilet

The concept is really nice, overall the place was very clean , convenient location BUT The bathroom needed some repairs, i could see broken concrete and exposed pipes, no indoor handout space, staff onsite was none existent, eating only outside no napkins/paper towles no teacups NPOT for long term/weekly stay

Quiet neighborhood location, easy access to bus. good price I wish it had at least a refrigerator. A microwave would also help.

Don’t misplaced your key inside your locker or your room. They will charge you another RM50, the same rate as the room, just to give their spare key to open yours. The key was not missing, just got locked inside the locker. It’s hotel policy they said. I understand that if you lose the key, you need to change the key and the lock and need more money. But for misplacing the key? It’s not fair enough to pay the same rate just to have the locker opened. They will charge you RM50 just to open yours or they will not open your locker. And it was midnight. They didn’t ask about the situation and charged you directly to open ? It’s a big chance that I’m not the only one who misplaced my key inside my own locker. There will be no one at night to help you if you have anything, only via chat. Good and clean hotel, clean toilet, But they handled very badly at this issue. Hotel business is about service and none in here. They said I could get RM10 discount if I give 5-star review as token of appreciation. But is it worth? Why do you get RM10 off people, but on the other hand, charge me RM50 just to give spare key to open my locker? Do not ever forget your key. First and last experience with this hotel.
