The cup/mug and jar is very dirty and not well cleaned. I was about to vomit after looking at the mug. Luckily i check the inside before pouring water into it. Remote (tv & aircond) must be obtained from the receptionist.

Acceptable. I know it is a budget hotel so can't expect much. However experiences with noisy people outside all the time, Drilling Noises, sudden cigarate smokes that makes me suffocating is a really bad experience while staying there. The toilet also didnt clean much and the water so slow. So, its a very unpleasant memory for me. But it is acceptable if its the last choice.

there is nothing to like The offer was a scum. It turned out that the room on booking.com and on their web site is completely different from the room the hotel is renting. Upon arrival the owner told he does not want to bother and refused to negotiate. I have arrived late in the evening and had to demand the room i have payed for for 2 hours arguing with the manager.The manager told me that he does not care that the room hes is renting is different from the room shown on their web site and booking.com

Nothing I was charged a 2 ringit per night heritage tax, this wasn't disclosed to me prior to the booking. The staff gave me the wrong key initially. The bed sheets and pillows were dirty and stained. The room was filthy with dust everywhere. Please do not book this place. I only booked because it was the only option available.
