location was nice, really convenient and close by a mall. the facilities were clean, my room as well. 1. staff needs serious training: very little sense of customer service, not pro active, just reactive, one person was really junior and clueless. one was not really friendly and not helpful. as an example, I was feeling sick and asked for a thermometer. took forever to find one and once I got it, the only question I got was: as soon as you are done, please return it to us. they knew I was sick. they could have asked if I needed a doctor, if I was feeling well or better. nothing. 2. equipment not working. the mini bar was not working in the two rooms I was in (as I moved to a different room). 3. I booked a room that had view on a corridor, ie other rooms. it should have been specified when I selected the room on booking.com and the list goes on....

very satisfactory hotel. It has a unique character. The room, while not particularly large, was comfortable and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The location is great. The hotel also lovingly takes care of a very cute little cat (she's the darling of the place, everyone loves her). The staff are friendly. The lobby offers a common area for work meetings, which is quite nice.

The hotel is charming, hidden in a courtyard that was completely renewed to accomodate this boutique hotel. Everything looked brand new and clean, there is parking available for guests behind the hotel too. There is free water, coffee and tea in the lobby all day. Rooms are small but equipped with everything you need. Super comfy bed and nice shower. Rooftop pool and gym are beatiful and well mainteined. no

Supplies not replenish properly on a daily basis. Missing items not brought to even after multiple requests.

I didn't like only one thing..is food.. . They didnt have enough food... The food was lacking alot... They need to improve the quality of food and variety... I felt like I was limited since I have ulcers not much I can eat if spicy... But still chef for omelet tried to do his best for omelet

I like the building is centrally located. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Pool was dirty. It needs daily cleaning and maintenance. Hangars’ clips were mostly broken so none of the hangar could stay in the clip.

Love the ambience of this small hotel, especially the lobby. My ground floor room lack privacy

Clean, pleasant and functional hotel. Quiet area. Convenience store and Supermarket a minute away. The lobby is relatively big and cozy. Hotel's Location was ok (12 min from the "heart" of the tourist area: Armenian street). Breakfast was a bit disappointing (variety and display..). Bathroom faucet was loose (not well fixed).

It was on a quiet street and close to the mall and eateries. The room was small, the pool’s water was not as clear as I would expect, the metal on the windows are death traps!

The buffet breakfast and semi-outdoor space with a fan was a treat! Staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay in Penang. The room was comfortable for one person and I liked the sustainable efforts to cut down on single use plastics. The rooftop pool area was disappointing as the images online look much better. The reality is that only one parasol / sun umbrella works and you had to pull out the lounger mattress etc yourself. The space needs a bit of a refresh / TLC. the water in the shower did'nt drain properly and began to get a bit smelly after a few days. The floor area around the TV cabinet was dusty.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff were polite and accommodating, which I appreciated. the breakfast was a real disappointment. The quality and variety were below expectations, and it did not match the overall standard of the hotel. This was a noticeable drawback to an otherwise decent stay.
