3rd time staying here. This room is spacious (family room) and the bed are comfy. Located near eating places and Komtar. Facilities provided are complete.. kettle, iron, iron board, hair dryer and ect.. The toilet is a bit smelly .. u can smell something like urine whenever u enter the toilet. The iron board is not sturdy and a bit loose..have to make sure that the board does not fell down when ironing.

The room size was Amazingly spacious. We booked the Deluxe Double Room for two people, and it provided plenty of space for our luggage and to move around comfortably. The view of the city was also excellent. Location is Fantastic! walking distance to all interest locations. It would have been great if at least there was bottle of water in the room , seems they dont include water, also extra towels , and extra pillows, but overall budgetwise its great.

Room was big and clean, great view, great neighborhood. The lights were so dim in the room that I could barely read at night. Also 7:00 pm seems a bit early to close the pool in that tropical climate.

Clean,comfortable, friendly staffs. Varieties of food shops, drinking area nearby.Night street food about a kilometer away.

Rooms were ok - clean and sufficiently spacious. No frills. The counter staff was most excellent and helped me with a small issue flawlessly, and in a most friendly manner. The common areas weren't very well designed. The convenience store in the lobby was useful, but made the place look like a low-end mall than a hotel.

Quite comfortable, fairly well located not too far from old Georgetown (other side of Komtar). Friendly staff. Smallish rooms.

The room was comfortable and clean. Location was pretty good. Very nice pool area. Nice restaurant with live music at the hotel. They changed the Wi Fi password with no prior notice and that caused me and other guests I talked to some inconvenience. Some of the staff don't speak English at all and I experienced a rather awkward situation because of complete lack of communication. No big deal though.

Comfortable stay in Penang, very close to the Hin Bus Depot which is a nice place to visit for street art, to buy some souvenirs as well as to have some coffee or drinks. Quite close to the Georgetown city centre as well by walking. Staff is ok, friendly and helpful. Nothing special. Only small thing, don't expect much from the gym: it consists into a treadmill only.
