Location, is the only good thing. They must have employed a professional photographer, as the photos hide all the faults you see in real life . Leaking sewage twice from two different toilets, over 4days

The noise especially in the night hours. The internet was slow. The internet connection was on & off. For me the bed was a torture. No fridge

Spacious Room, Clean, Big bed even for a single person They only had Tv Channels. no Netflix. But that's okay it's still a reasonable hotel. Just prepare your own entertainment.

I like the location as its in the city. Very near to the landmarks. The check-in and checkout process is so easy. The interior is very beautiful and luxury. The bathroom is big. The hot shower is good. The usb plug is awesome. The space is a bit small for 4 people room, all the luggages and no enough space, plus a place to pray too. The door stuck a bit. Install more mirror in the room.

It was self check in and check out room, however if any issue may direct whastapp msg through person in charge, and they will inform their workers help with you. Request exchange toilet and toilet paper FOC, if request room cleanliness will be charged. Beside have a small convenient store.

The location is great. Very near the Georgetown jetty port, it's walking distance. Quiet place for a short stay, easy check in & check out.

There's no coffee or tea that are provided. It would be nice to have 2 or 3 sachet of coffee or tea to drink.
