Location really central to everything in Georgetown. The Price is good as well. The loft-type rooms had THIN walls....so....you know what I mean.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Good location near shopping & food. Loft style bed was comfortable. Laundry facility was a bonus I would have liked a kettle in the room.

I got a very good room, bigger than I had even expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The only thing I didn't like was that someone kept on knocking my door and I just didn't know who it was or why.

The room is very small. The bed is touching both ends and I can’t help to accidentally hit the wall and the soundproof wasn’t great at all. I could hear loud bang from my neighbor as well. The room has a rotten wood/ moldy smell which is hard to bear.

Some parts of room and linens were a bit dusty. Beds were little below my comfy line.

Number of things I didn't like. 1. Staff don't understand English. 2. In room don't have sufficient items like Water,Coffee etc 3.Room is very dirty and old. 4.Full area is very dirty. 5.Room are very small.

The location is perfect. In the middle of George Town. The hotel has a restaurant, gym, measuem!!! Breakfast is very good!! The manager Mr. Sumon is very helpful and kind in dealing with customers. We stayed on 5th floor. The lift didn't work for us.
