Good location right near Chinatown. Room and toilet kind of smelled like toilet sewage unless you turned on the AC and bathroom fan. Not the biggest room with limited space to put luggage. Can hear anyone talking in the common area if you stay on the first floor.

The room doesn't have a window and was also a bit noisy from people in the common area and going up and down the stairs late at night/early morning.

The air conditioning worked really well, it was centrally located, self check in was easy, and the bed was fine. There was a slight smell that came from the bathroom after using the shower.

Stayed in a room without any windows, which was a little bit like a prison, but clean and good value for the money. Two pillows and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed in the private room and private bathroom bedroom. The bed was fairly comfortable and the room space was mostly clean. The staff was quick at responding and even invited out to festivities. The location cannot be beat. The bathroom was quite dirty and unclean. There was mold on the ground and the sliding shower door. There were cobwebs and spiders in the shower (even had an egg sack!). You could barely fit your luggage into the space on the bedroom floor and the walls were quite thing-you could hear your neighbors very clearly. One more thing, the pipes were SO loud! You could hear all the water draining, from other bedrooms and spaces.

Checked into what felt like a secret spy agency (passcodes everywhere!) and found a room so cozy it makes a submarine look spacious: my single bunk with private toilet was tiny but spotless, and the shower is perfect for anyone who doesn't need to do yoga inside the bathroom. The walls are thin enough that my neighbor and I accidentally had a conversation without opening the door, which is why I both appreciated the provided earplugs and the very polite notices posted on the wall reminding everyone to keep quiet at certain times (clearly, they know their architecture). I never met a single staff member in person, but their Booking.com and WhatsApp text center warrior was strong and very responsive. They slyly messaged me about their secret weapon: Free tour activity arranged by their hotel guests! I went on the free tour and made actual friends, which is rare for a solo traveler who usually just befriends pigeons. Can’t wait to come back and volunteer just to force other introverts to have fun. Honestly, the walls were so thin I'm pretty sure my neighbor and I shared the same dreams

Good location. Easy access to food options. Walkable. Attentive staff. Quiet despite a very busy area. No window. This was not mentioned in the listing.

Very thin wall makes you able to hear everything outside your room, and the idea of the shower being in the same space as the toilet is not the best.
