I love the location of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. Since we were staying in the room on the 1st floor, we could heard noises from upstairs when they were walking or moving their luggage.

Location was very good and the staff was nice and helpful. The room was so small and the air conditioning was blowing so hard directly over the bed, I could never get it to stop no matter what I did. I only stayed one night, so it wasn’t a huge problem, but if it had been longer it would have been an issue. Bathroom had no counter space at all.

The staff at the hotel were incredible—attentive, kind, and always ready to help when needed. They struck the perfect balance of being available and supportive without ever being overbearing, allowing you to enjoy your stay at your own pace, unless you asked for assistance. The location was great. It was probably an oversight on my part, but the room did not have a window—which would have been nice to know in advance. Other than that, I had no complaints.

The location is strategies along the heritage building in the heart of George Town. Muntri Maison has a peaceful vibe, with cozy spaces and a laid-back atmosphere. The interior design is often noted for its minimalistic and mainly white theme. However, Muntri Maison is lack of facilities such as a full gym and pool. While Muntri Maison has a coffee machine in the room, but there lack of tea bags.

Location is excellent. Close to a lot of eateries. Very walkable to everywhere. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and tidy.

Solid accommodations, clean and secure. Short walk to neighborhood eateries, pubs and shopping. We're tall people so with the headboard, the bed was too short us.

The Decoration is good as i requested Double charge my payment and when i requested to speak to the manager which they ignoring my message after all. Staff making mistake for double charge i could understand but refund ask me to wait for them 2 weeks :) not willing to update me on the progress.
