Parking a quite far from the hotel

Location was very central, close to all things. Room was spacious enough for one person. There is filter water dispenser at the pantry area which was helpful to get water whenever needed. The AC was working but not as powerful as expected. The room had windows but not visible outside. While checking-in, there was only one staff and I waited so long to be taken to my room. It was hard as the reception area does not have AC and there is no air flow either. But the staff was helpful to carry my luggage to my room.

There’s no breakfast. Upon arrival, I was singled out and asked for my passport, which was photographed and sent to someone else to “approve” my booking — despite having already booked and paid online like every other guest. No one else in the lobby was asked for a passport; they simply showed their reservation and received access. The staff member examined all of my passport stamps, then told me my booking could not be accepted without giving a reason. After standing in the lobby for over an hour demanding an explanation, I was suddenly allowed to check in with no clear justification. During my stay, the same staff member behaved inappropriately — touching me without consent, grabbing my hand near his crotch, entering the female dorm unnecessarily, and lingering near the showers. I felt racially profiled, sexualized, and unsafe. After requesting to speak to management, my booking was denied the next day and I was unable to rebook through Booking.com.

I liked the location / street. Bet accessible. Hate staff made it so uncomfortable i didn’t like that the staff contentiously asked me for my personal phone number to keep in touch when I went to Bangkok. We had no personal convo or good experience for me to desire wanting a personal relationship/contact with staff. As a lesbian woman this was extremely uncomfortable.
