The location is great and the room size is reasonable. We stay in bunkbed and the mattress is super comfy. Room not sound proof much. You can hear people next door slam the door. ? But it is ok. I consider it is worth of the price.

The staffs, they are all nice and willing gave us information about the town with smile. Location is good, we could walk to every corner of the hotel and found something nice, restaurants, cafe, temple, food court, market, street food, department store etc. Very near to Komtar and Shawrastar Market. The room was big, comfy bed, nice amenities. I love their 2in1 soap and shampoo, it showed their willing to give the best for their guest. Another thing that surprised me was water, yes, they offer water tank and a glass bottle in the room for filling water which I've never seen in any other hotels of all my 8 days trip. That was so generous because of the weather, we need more water and it's cold too! We didn't know about the water so we bought 6 bottle of 1.5L for 3 days and felt sorry for the mother earth. even this is small hotel but keep good concept of save the earth and try their best for serve the guest. Thank you, we would recommend this hotel to anyone who are going to Penang. the staff told me that the wifi was no need to log in just connect but I was not work and it needed user name and password but my mobile had enough internet so I didn't use the wifi

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean and quiet. The toilet was well maintained too though I would prefer the handwash soap to be nearer to the sink area. There were a few bedbugs. I knew immediately when I got bitten so I checked through the lower bunk's entire bed and comforter. Thankfully, it was just a few. Otherwise, I would have called reception. I think the side bed lamp wasn't working so it was kind of dim in that area. I'm not sure if it was mentioned or not that this room is without windows. Please provide the info in your description if it isn't there yet.

the staff was so helpful in which when we wanted to hop around to find foods before check in and after check out , we still can places our baggage and belongings in their bag storage for a while . The location was strategic to attraction places , easy to catch a Grab . The rooms was neat and spacious for two people. Nothing

1. The shampoo+body wash. OMG I noticed , they supply expensive shampoo body wash which is rm70 perbottle. I hair really comfortable with that shampoo. 2. the coffee also really nice. 3. the lift and interior design is quite unique 4. The bed so comfortable 5. In town area. Nearer to the bar, local breakfast, easy to walk distance. Probably the parking space are limited. But I didn't drive a car. So not so much matter to me.

When I sleep at night, it feels like there is a huge machine hanging above my head making constant noise, but the waiter will only say that there is nothing we can do! Terrible room, terrible service, terrible room soundproofing

Location. It’s old and run down. They renovated part of it. The bathroom was renovated which is great, but the paint in the bedroom was so old and worn out. The room is ridiculously tiny , pillows aren’t comfortable. It may be ok to stay there for 1 or 2 night maximum on a budget trip if you go there for work. It’s not the place to stay there for holidays.

the staffs are very helpful, the location is great, the beds are really comfortable. They also have water dispenser for each floor the room could be cleaner and it was too noisy when someone rang the bell or closed the door / lift’s door; the whole floor can hear it

Location is good, easily find and access to the streets Cleanliness was terrible, room is high in humidity. One of the plug point in room was spoilt and we have to share only 1 plug point for our chargers, hair dryer and other electrical appliances. Asked for extension from hotel staff and they said they don't have any. Okay.
