Good location, walking distance to great food. AC in the room was great. 24hr reception, friendly staff. Free filtered water in the lobby to refill drink bottles. No complaints, ticked all the boxes.

Noisy at night. Sound like contract working up to 2 - 3am. The room space are small.

The location is good. Most places of interests can be reached if willing to walk and if it is not raining. I went there with my two teenagers and we can walk to most places with the help of google map. We are a family of 4 stay and we stay four nights. The hotel is also within walking distance to The Top. The room is clean and tidy, you can see there are cleaners cleaning the lifts as well as keeping the lobby area dry as it is raining when we were there. The aircon is good. There are two hairdryers, one inside the toilet and the other can be found in the bedroom area. Seriously, there is nothing for me to complain. The counter staff are nice and helpful too. Nothing.

Front desk hospitality was superb good! They even let us did early checked-in as the room was ready! Also, there was the Water Dispenser at the lobby area which so suit for family who brings infant / toddler that need the warm/ hot water anytime! Nothing

The location is great, accessible to diversified eateries and we could easily walk to a few destinations we’d like to explore. The sound of AC is too loud that disturbs sleep. The AC is also located on top of where we sleep and the wind blew our head and face, making us feel uncomfortable while we sleep. The staff was not resourceful. We asked questions about recommendations nearby but simply got the answer that he didn’t know.

Good location, room is clean. The noise! It feels like this building was built without considering nosies at all. I think some guests started showering very early in the morning, and the water flowing down the pipe made such a loud noise that it woke me up. I could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. I could hear conversations in the room next to me. If noises in general bother you, then I recommend not staying at this hotel.
