There was no hot water and the wifi didn’t reach my room (7) i had to go to the terrace everytime

It was in a good location as well bcs everything was within a walkable distance. The place is very comfortable and the staff was friendly too. Perfect for any female solo or group travelers since the place needs a key fob to enter , so security is also good. Easy checkin and chekout too. Perfect place to stay with everything available to you. There was a seal missing between the screen of the bathroom towards the toilet seat , so that was a little awkward and the plumbing made noise throughout the night but that was okay

Great location in the centre of Georgetown close to all food, historic and cultural locations. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Penang. Street noise at night was loud, but that is no fault of the hotel as the windows are thick. Would prefer a traditional doona rather than the thick blankets provided, but still warm and comfortable.

The stairs, the sofa bed as an extra bed, the free space for water dispenser No tv, tv in water dispenser cannot use, slightly the stairs to the room (good exercise though)

Location, cost, staff, aircon, The small cover, didn't cover my feet, legs, or anything... Arguments with my GF over who got it aswell.

Soundproof of the hotel was so bad and beds are not that comfortable.

Staff were helpful when I asked for info The room facilities like the bathroom were old and run down. The balcony was unappealing and not well maintained

Its walking distance & situated in jalan lebuh kimberley, next to hema hema icecream n in the same road as the hameedeyah nasi kandar.. they use code system so its safer that nobody goes in out except for the guests that are staying.. They didnt change the linens & pillowsheet. I can literally smell through it ?
